Timber companies are all different, with different rules. Some will allow what you're suggesting, some will not.
Impossible to answer your questions until you can see which specific company's rules you're talking about.

Usually, driving a four wheeler through the woods is fine. Just don’t cut any pines. Usually, planting a food plot in and opening, log landing, road, or any other place is fine, just don’t cut any pines.
Don’t cut any pines is the only advice I can give you lol.

Life is a journey. Make sure and bring plenty of Beer.
My luck has been so bad lately, it could be raining pussies and I'd catch one with a dick broke off in it.

I work for large timber company . Lots rules in lease u need to read to be sure your particular lease says . Generally you can ride four wheelers anywhere u want . Most require permission to plant plots . Some don’t want you putting up cable gates because some kid on wheeler ran thru one a got hurt sometime in past and sued them. Some don’t want you putting up stands where u requires to drive nails into THEIR trees . Our companys does send letters 18 months in advance warning lease holder where it’s gonna be cut . Sometimes the market over rides that an we show up and cut without notice . It’s not really a big deal leasing . Very rarely companies will cut ties with lease holder for bad behavior. Only one i know is someone turned bunch hogs loose on company land . Most leases have bunch junk just to keep them out trouble that u have to sign. But the reality of it all it they just want your MONEY !! . An if u don’t lease it someone else will. Hope this helps .

My timber company responds by email. My neighbor also the timber guy. Usually can plant logging ramps - dont cut trees. But i ask em
Nobody prob will get n a tiff if u drive thru woods on 4 wheeler if u not hurting trees
Hunt the wind - leave it better than you found it - love your neighbor as you love your self We need prayer for our country now more than ever

My lease is pretty simple. It's Westervelt. Obviously cutting pine trees is a bad thing. I plant any open space I want, and they don't ever say anything, but when the loggers come out, they may destroy your planted area to log. They can log anytime, even during deer season.
No shooting range or recreational shooting. ATV's are fine, although they frown on using the property for off season atv riding. No permanent stands affixed to trees, no baiting, no minierals. They usually specifiy the number of members, I can have 11. It's not really clear if that on the lease at one time, or total, but I update my membership members every year so they are covered by insurance and keep it under 11. If you nail something to a tree, like a sign, use aluminum nails. You can't trespass anyone, Westervelt can. If you can get a police report, send it to the lease manager.
I put up T posts if I have issues with people riding or coming in around a gate. Sometimes I disguise them behind a small bush someone would run over. The former lease holder used to put nails out in those places. I have people walk thru my lease every so often, even had 3 SCSO deputies out there, running., during deer season.
The main thing to keep in mind is timber harvesting is their business. Hunting clubs proabably cover the property taxes. If you don't like that, its to bad someone else will lease the land.
