It was our buddy Bill's birthday yesterday. So we took him and his wife out to eat last night at Provino's in Rome. We love that place. It's just a classic old school Italian restaurant. Every time I go I have to get the Chicken Francese. "Lightly battered pan-fried chicken breast with an elegant white wine lemon sauce. It’s like Chicken Piccata, but a thicker sauce, more of it, no capers, with subtle lemon flavor. It’s got a terrific crust that soaks up the sauce! Lovely restaurant dish that’s simple to make at home."I can't get enough of that shit. It is simply delicious. I could eat my weight in it. Plus Provino's serves these never ending bowls of house made garlic knots poured over with fresh garlic butter and big bowls of salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, chick peas and roasted beets. It's always a treat... ![[Linked Image]](https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/54462785242_9e41da6955_4k.jpg) Mrs. Irish got the veal parmesan. ![[Linked Image]](https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/54463618416_beffb6cd4e_4k.jpg)

Eaten at the one in Chattanooga. Good place and yes those rolls are awesome. Heck I’m usually full from those by the time my meal arrives
