I had some of the tri-tip leftover and so I sliced it cold, very thin. Seasoned it a little, threw it in the pan with a little thinly sliced onion and a little bit of water, Better Than Bullion, and Worchester, and got all that happy.

Meanwhile I sliced and steamed some French steak rolls and put some provolone cheese in them and toasted them slightly.

While I was doing all that Mrs. Irish made some homemade French fries in the oven with extra virgin olive oil.

I'm sitting here now feeling like a boa constrictor that just ate a deer.

Man this is awesome! Looks incredible and those fries may be some of the best looking I’ve ever laid eyes on!

Mrs. Irish knows how to make the best oven fries you have ever had. I like them better than any restaurant fries I've tried and I've tried a lot. The only fries that come close are the fries at Golden Rule BBQ in Irondale if you get them to fry them twice.

I trust they are every bit as good as they look. She should sell those.

Got a guy from TN that sells ribeye steaks from a truck down here on Hilton Head. 25 for $49. Granted they are thin but they make the best steak sandwiches. Onions. Bell peppers.
