The pendulum always swings.
Thats why you should be very concerned about what doors your “side” opens. If one person can ignore this, disregard that, do unprecedented stuff (like try to forgive student loans for instance) then when the other side gets power back they can run your playbook. Fixed it for you. No you didn’t. As much as some of us didn’t like that the loan forgiveness got blocked, they didn’t call everyone “radical activists” and start ignoring the Constitution and trying to dismantle the federal government. We said “that sucks” and accepted it. For the record I would only just barely have benefited from student loan forgiveness. I got multiple grants and jr college was free. Then I specifically picked an online school for my bachelors that was self paced and $3500 per six months. Knocked it out in a year instead of two, at the whopping cost of $7000 out of pocket for my education, I actually have bits of empathy and can advocate for things even if I don’t have much or any skin in the game.

Always amazes me the democrats did what they wanted to whom they wanted to four years. Not a whisper of wrong from their supporters. The entire Pendulum swings comments only come out when there might be retribution for the wrongs that were committed. It's an attempt to prevent the damage control that needs to happen. I used to be on board with civility. No longer. Exact pain, punishment and revenge now, in the future and as often as possible on those who did to us. No playing games. No civility.
That's just me though. If the pendulum does swing back to the democrats, those preaching now will be silent and complicit once again... Absolutely true but will never happen That’s where we are

Don’t think for one moment AOC can’t rally the troops I don't believe she can rally all the troops just some of 'em. Dems have major problems and don't seem to want to fix them.

I agree but I hear Dems say well she’d be better than any republican Democrats stick together when it’s time We don’t! The only reason we won this last time was the economy first and foremost and then I do think the trans men in women’s sports
