Where is the toilett? You know she will have to pee. She will have to do more than pee if she all those beans and chili.

That thing looks awesome! What are the base dimensions? Also, just curious, why did you paint the inside white? Would that brighten the inside up pretty good making it easier for a deer to see your movement?

Thanks for the compliments. It was just project to keep me busy this summer. I called Montgomery and ask about the bird feeders and I will be taking them down Monday. I put the heater in yesterday and ran the line down into the box that will hold the propane bottle. The floor is a 4'x8' piece of plywood. It's white from the windows down and black all around. It's a little over 100 yards down the hill to the greenfield so I don't think they will be able to see much movement.

Wow! I guess mirrors on the ceiling are next?!?! WiFi and a big screen TV!!! You are da man! LOL! I'm not sure you built this "for" your wife.... I think you built it for ulterior motives to lure her in and make her want to spend time there and you'll be hunting there when she's there!! Yep!! Great plan! Oh, this just occurred to me.... make sure to add anti-fog to your windows!!! LOL! Thanks for sharing.

I used to be in a club that had a shooting house with a PVC pipe that ran from a 5 gallon bucket (buried with holes in it to act as a septic tank) out through the roof acting as a vent. The pipe had a threaded "Y", with a cap on the inside of the shoot house. When you had to take a leak you unscrewed the cap, did your business, then put the cap back on. No smell and it worked great. Put one of those curved pieces on top of the pipe and it keeps rain out of the bucket too.

A friend of mines dad built a shooting house on a big hill out of utility poles and an 18 wheeler tarp,it would fit 8-10 folks in it comfortably,we would pull the trucks up behind it because the foodplot and clearcut were down the hill so the deer couldn't see you and the way the north wind blows they couldn't smell you,,we would take a portable tv so we could watch football,we would play cards, cook, talk chit and have a good time, there are several good bucks killed out of that stand every year too, might as well be entertained when the hunting is slow
