, scored 167 4/8. gotta be some kinda record for up here in north alabama lol. Very nice deer, but not any kind of record for North Bama....last year one guy in your neck of the woods killed a 210, 170, 2 160s and 2 150s, all in a food plot in the morning My personal largest is a 152 from Jackson County

just curious as to where some of the bigger deer of Alabama are coming from. whats the biggest buck you've ever killed on a non-paid hunt in Alabama, horns/age? and where? my dad killed this one in 1993. Morgan county, scored 167 4/8. gotta be some kinda record for up here in north alabama lol. You not livin' at Grant, or you claim Scottsboro now? I guess since you're finished with ball, deer get your full attention, and that's bad for them. BTW I'm Bo's dad and your ol' ball coach. Shhhhh.....not any big deer at my house.

Some studs killed in this thread for sure. My biggest is 132 and change...Connecuh Co. Some bruisers for sure but we won't get the privilege to see the real big ones and find out where they are consistently killed, although you jackson countians are spilling the beans lol. People that have that kind of property dont advertise what they have because they want to continue to enjoy it and their kids to enjoy it and I don't blame them one bit

a 130 8 is huge. people dont understand it takes so much more for a 8 to score over 120 or 130 Got a den full of 110 to 120" bucks. Missed opportunities on a couple that might have been a little better. All killed n Hale,Perry, Escambia and Conecuh counties. Heavily pressured club land. Probably the biggest I have seen come off of club land that I have hunted have been bumping 130ish. But, I also believe most people over estimate score and score incorrectly when they try. I have a 129" 8 point on the wall that was killed Tx. People that see him on my wall think it is a 140 plus deer and don't believe me when I tell them. I guess most hunters/ men think some things are bigger than they really are.

146 3/8 8 pt.... 126 3/8 7 pt... Both killed in pike county Al that top one is a dang good one, but im guessing the bottom one was older? i dont really worry about the horn size, age is what gets me, id rather kill a 7 or 8 year old with not much horns than a big 3 or 4 year old. then you know youve really done something

There's been some giants killed in North alabama. I've seen numerous over 150. The biggest entry for the truck buck last year was killed in Decatur and scored 164... Had a guy kill a 177 and change in Morgan this year. We've killed 10 over 130, 2 140s and a 158 in Winston. There are a lot bigger there, just havnt killed them. Adjoining property owner won the truck buck a few years ago with a 153 8 pt. Absolute giant. I've always been told if you can kill big deer in Alabama, you can kill them anywhere!!!
Think the record came from perry county and was 256 and change.

The buck I'm holding to your left. Bow kill this past Jan in Dallas Co. Should pick him up from taxi this month. Not sure of the score but I'd say maybe a 130-133" 8 point. He was looking for chicks when I sent a 125 gr broadhead through his chest cavity at 15 yards. He'd busted me and his.... well, his eyes were big, huge... when I shot him!
