You and me both. Call them and check shipping charges. You won't regret the purchase. I'm thinking about getting a open front model.

I think alot of people knock the Ol Man and say they slip but if you pull the black strap tight on the front of the tree that thing want go anywhere its bit in the tree at the base where the teeth are on the climber plus its pulled tight at the top , just dont get the knock on them mine dont slip and I have about 5 of them , plus the price is great compared to other brands .

Where have you been ? In the past several years several Alabama hunters have been killed in falls from Ol'man climbers. The ones made in China are junk. Is saving money all you care about ? What about your life, mobility and careing for your family ?

I always wear my harness going up and coming down the tree ,
yes I respect everyones life as well as my own I have a wife
and child I love very much , with that said I always take my time
when climbing up the tree and down careful to detail own every
hunt and I have never had an issue with this type climber I was simply stating that meybe some people dont know to take the strap if your facing the tree and put it on the inside , when i first started using a climber i was strapping it on the outside
and I could see where it would slide that way , but if pulled tight on the inside and bit into the tree I just dont see how it could slide . Money is not what its all about sorry if that came across that way just simply stating some company's think their stuff is gold sometimes , I hate people have lost their lives due to falls and hunting , regardless of what stand we hunt from always wear a safety harness thats the most important part of climbing a tree hunt .
