The seemingly low deer population on piece of the world sure makes me want to break out the ole bang stick but staying true to the bow for now. There are two seasons: hunting season and getting ready for hunting season.

Would have never had the best year of my life had I switched over when season kicked in. I've shot 3 bucks over 106 with one being 143. Best year ever!!! Connected on only (1) doe kill this year..Haven't seen near the deer as in previous years. Passed on several small bucks but hindsight I'm almost kicking myself. Can we get a do over on this season...heck...let's just call this one a wash and pray better for next year at this point! LOL Other things being equal, it is the man who shoots with his heart in his bow that hits the mark.
