Just ordered a new TV. Anybody have any reviews on the Samsung 55-inch LED LCD TV??? Kinda after the fact now, but just curious.

Samsung is one of the best. Be sure to get an extended warranty because any of them can break. Good buy, you'll really enjoy it.

2 years ago my parents bought a 55 inch Samsung. It was very nice and they hadn't had it two months. One day my younger brother was playing bowling on his Nintendo Wii. He decided not to wear the wrist strap it has and when he swung the remote it came out of his hands and must have smacked the tv pretty hard, because when we found it the inside of the glass was spider webbed.

For a few months we had no idea what had happened and it never could be fixed and the warranty didn't cover it. So, one afternoon we were standing around talking about it when guilt came over my brother and he blurted out he did and told on himself! For a few second it was dead silent and my stepfather looked like he could have shot fire from his eyes. My mother then said, "I don't think I would have told anyone that."

I applaud him for his honesty. Sometimes telling the truth isn't easy. I think that said a lot about his character telling the truth when he could have easily have said nothing.

Although the warranty didn't work in this situation.

Yah I got the extended warranty. Everything I've heard was 2 thumbs up.

With out a doubt the best picture of any of them.
