Using his logic shouldn't the other bigger buck be shot too before he hits a car?
If never occurred to me until i read this lawyers excuse for his dumb ass client that side of the road night hunters were doing us a public service.
The next time a deer hits my truck at night I am going to sue the night hunters and the lawyers who represent them for not performing their duty.
