Brett, I apologize for not taking your word. This guy is known for just what he said. I got the confirmation, for me at least. That's a good paying job these guys are playing with, shooting deer off of Walter Energy property. I know exactly where it happened now. Not only that, but they are quartering and selling them. Like I said if the guy poached the deer he deserves to be exposed but just putting innuendo out there and walking away from it doesn't make the accusation look credible. It makes the one doing it look petty even though the accused may be completely guilty. If your going to call someone out you are better off to put it all out there than to just snipe and insinuate, otherwise you would probably be better off just not commenting at all..So, is there credible information that the deer was poached and not just hear say?

I know there are four of them that are doing it. 3 of the four are W E employees. I know nothing about Johnsongs deer. What I do know is there is another deer from the same guys that "was killed on opening day of bow season". Not so much...actually it was killed two days prior. Or excuse me.....nights prior. My info is coming from the "horses mouth". Yes, it's thru a friend, but its reliable enough for me to blurt it out, which is pretty damn reliable. I'm the first to get pissed when people yell high fence/corn/poached, but I KNOW what thisun was.

Well, it shouldn't be long before they have to answer a few questions from their local CO's then.

I hate to see a man lose his job over a deer, especially if he has family. But what do you think is gonna happen when you are this radical? I hope they keep their job and learn how to hunt. Everyone I've talked to at the mines knows about this, and I've been giving these boys the benefit of the doubt. I would have thought they would've been confronted by now, but I guess they gotta catch them red handed.

I must be blind...I looked at all three pictures and I'm still only seeing one buck in each pic (excluding the bow kill buck) and they all look identical other than the buck in the night pic seems to look like a fresher kill... the ones taken during the day look like the buck's been dead for quite a while... By the way, I'm making NO accusations and never have about any buck ever posted on this site...I'm just trying to figure out where the second buck is...LOL

In that first picure looks like buck was shot just under throat patch.
