I havent, im curious now.

The one that they had at academy is heavy compared to the ones I have gotten from cabelas.

Im sure someone has caught on and reproducing them. Either that or the company decided to cash in and sell them to everyone.

I don't think they are in every store. Wesbite says my local Alabaster store does not carry them, however they can ship one to it for pickup.

Ill have to go back to the Cullman Walmart. I waleked through the turkey stuff early this morning and saw a bunch of thug stuff. The way it was sitting on the shelf I thought it was a version of the hunters specialties seat.

I picked one of these up at Simmons for $36. It's extremely comfortable and not heavy at all, even has a shoulder strap. http://www.browningcamping.com/browning/products/chairs/strutter

It felt like maybe double the weight of the gobbler lounge...hard to really tell just by picking it up and not having the other with me to compare it. It was noticeable enough for me not to buy one since I already have 2.
