115 in my Buick LaCrosse on 59 N between Trussville exit and Deerfoot exit one evening. Had just bought the new car a few days earlier and wanted to see what it would do. Smooth ride at 115 and I believe I could've gone faster, but reality kicked in. I got to thinking either I was going to meet up with a State trooper, one of Trussville's finest or lose control. I figured and air bag might not do me much good at that speed.
