Riding in both : 163 in a Lexus, 106 in a blazer bass boat 106 in a Blazer??? Yeah, I was working for them at the time. Me and the owners son took the first "test drive" in a 21 pro v with a 300 on the back. 106mph with 2 people on board in a 1450 pound hull? I stand corrected, just called my buddy and it was 96 on the GPS. He also said that particular boat was his dads personal boat and had been gutted of a lot of the frills that come on most of their boats.

Honestly I'm not sure of the exact speed. I was on my first motorcycle which was a hayabusa. When the needle passed 185mph I never looked back down...

I wasn't trying to bust your balls, but there are only 3 v-hull basser brands that will realistically break triple digits in fishing form...Allison, Bullet, and Stroker. The Bullet hull was splashed in "designing" the Blazer hulls (shame on Bullet for not patenting their hull design earlier), but they still won't run like a Bullet. I'm sure there are a handful of Blazers that might have broken 100, but they'd be like you said...stripped and gutted to lighten them up to where they no longer resemble the bass boat they were made to be. Bullets and Strokers will easily break 100 with large horsepower, and Allisons (XB2002, XB2003) will break 100 without needing the large cubic inch engines...all in stock form.

On purpose: 140mph on a 1972 Chevelle SS that was tricked out for speed. Long straightaway on 2 lane US Hwy 51 between Goodman, Ms and Durant, MS. Year 1987
By Accident: Pegged 85pmh...was well over 100mph in reality...in a early 1970s Ford double axle bobtruck full of soybeans. I was 12 years old riding with my dad to the grain co-op with the daily load. We were on US Hwy 82 in Mississippi heading to Greenwood from Carrollton. "Valley Hill" is the large decline/incline that separates the MS delta from the rolling hills. The brakes went out on the truck and my dad tried to down shift to control the speed...but something broke and we were in a free run down the hill. I thought we were dead...that thing was shaking and humming like it was going to come apart. We made it down the hil without crashing or coming apart and then we coasted for 2 miles on the flat until the truck finally stopped, measured later that day on way back home with my grandfather who picked us up.

160ish best I remember....maybe a little faster in the straight aways? I honestly don't remember for sure. Ride along at the Richard Petty driving experience at Atlanta Motor Speedway. Fun stuff!
