I'm taking a job in management and moving to Jackson, Ms. Has anyone ever hunted this WMA? I'll still be hunting my lease in Camden but I'm looking for other options that will be closer.

I've never hunted that one, but I have seen some STUDS that come out of there. Make sure you get the $15 WMA permit (all WMA) along with your license.

Definitely Madison or Brandon side of Reservoir, everything south of Madison and east of Jackson is growing exponentially in a less than desirable way. Never deer hunted Panther, but that area has some gooduns, a lot of the pics flying around come from that area, but not the actual WMA...anything around the Big Black River or Yazoo River or Mississippi River is gonna have some good deer.

I don't know about the deer in Panther Swamp but there's some good duck hunting and LOTS of pigs.
