I have made a few friends on the site, some who are police officers. im sure they dont agree with much of what i believe in but i can tell you this, I dont get jack from the goverment and not even the VA. I have my own private insurance and dont need any help, but there are many who do. Im grateful that GOD has blessed me. Go read your bible , It talks alot about helping others.

Forced charity is no charity at all. God gave us free will but government has no business in redistributing wealth. If we help the poor of our own free will then we are following God's word. If we are forced to pay for someone else by our government then we are simply submitting to man's law. I understand the verse dealing with submitting to the law of the land but what you are selectively ignoring is that it is also constitutional for congress to withhold funding at their discretion. You can't lay your hopes on one part of the constitution and then conveniently ignore others.
