I see this way more often than I should. "Sales" and "sells" are not interchangeable. A person sells merchandise. A person can also be employed in the retail sales business. Notice the difference? One is a verb and the other is a noun.

While I cut most people some slack on here over that, I must point out that when someone is trying to promote him/herself as being intelligent, this misuse of wording just makes that person look dumb.

So let me get this right. According to what you have written above you think it is ok for the government to redistribute wealth because the the bible says that we should help the needy. Is that right? If so then you wouldn't mind if the government told you that there would be another family moving in with you next week because they are down on their luck and homeless at the moment. You will be tasked with feeding them as well, because well they are needy.

You think that republicans don't give to charities? Go back and look at what Romney gave to charity over the past several years and then compare that to Obama and Biden. You will find out real quick, in that case, which party gave the most (out of their pocket)

The people of this country realized that, in order to succeed, you had to work hard. We now have an abundance of individuals that have the "entitled" mentality.
