Yes I am somewhat familiar with it. A friend of mine lived on the water close to the end of N. Walton Lakeshore drive before divorce forced him to move.
I am very familiar with S Walton Lakeshore and Walton Magnolia Lane. I wired almost every house there in my younger days.
We dont provide any services to Inlet Beach Water System, we did once try and help them with their sewage disposal but they kept closing the valve to the Flow Meter and opening the bypass valve. Last I heard, about 10 months ago when I first got sick and had to stop working, we closed ALL valves and welded them since they...oops, somebody, kept cutting the locks off and reopening them. I haven't been back to work yet so I don't know if things got straightened out or not.
