Its a big game week for me and my school. What are your thoughts and predictions on this game, right now Clemson is a 2.5 point underdog? So if they beat a team that is ranked under them would it still be an upset? I will listen for a while and give my take.

If it was in Tallahassee I'd say FSU blows them out. I say they still win a close one in Death Valley. 38-35 X2

Ought to be a good game. It's been awhile since Clemson has lost to FSU at home.

I'm not even going to venture a guess on this one. They are pretty equal IMO.

I'd take Clemson and the points. I see Clemson winning by a TD. X 2. I gotta feeling it's going to be UA vs Clemson for all the marbles. Oregon goes down at some point in November as usual.

Winston is much better than Boyd, IMO. That's saying quite a bit, really. I've got FSU by 13 but the final score won't convey how solid the win is for FSU.
Been here long enough to go from "bring 'da pain" to " bring 'da pain meds.

Im still a little tore up on the issue of this game, way too many crushing losses in big games with this team over the last 7 or 8 years, so its very hard for me to look at the talent and what they have done so far this season and say yea were going to go in there and kick there asses.
On paper FSU pretty much has most of the advantages with some pushes either way on a few things. I see Clemson as a big play kind of team with an all star QB and Wide receiver that can play pretty much any position on offense. 50 % of there running game is the QB running and scrambling, getting first downs and scoring TDs.
FSUs offense is more traditional this year with a very good core group of receivers, a great tight end, and three good running backs, also a very accurate QB that will make you pay with his arm or if he has to with his legs but he's not near as good of runner as T Boyd.
Defense can be a toss up, if FSUs D comes to play like they did against Maryland then I think the defenses will be a push and both are about equal. If FSUs D gets rattled and plays like they did against Boston College then I think its going to be a long night for our offense because Clemson can and will score and score quick, and FSU will have to get into a shootout game which I feel they can do. I have watched Clemsons Defense play the last few games and there actually pretty dang good and can put plenty of pressure on the QB way better than FSU can. I feel that FSU has a way better secondary with no doubt. So Clemson with get more pressure upfront and force sacks and FSU will break up more passes.
Like most big games or all college games its going to come down to who can run the ball the best and can open up the other defense. If one team can run the ball that will open up play action and open up big plays period.
I like FSUs chances but I still see a 3 to 6 point loss.
When I put my garnet and gold glasses on and pour me a big cup of cool aid I feel that FSU will have the game in the bag by the end of the third quarter and scoring most of there points in the third after a very close half time score with Clemson leading by a touchdown. 4 Quarter FSU will punish them with the run and short passes that Clemson will not be able to stop.

I think Clemson's D will screw up Winston's timing and pull this out. 31-27 Clemson.

Winston has looked good so far, but so had Boyd. I see a shootout 41-35 in Fsu's favor

I think FSU wins this game. If I look way into one of Alabama's many crystal balls I can see an Alabama vs FSU BCS National Championship Game in January of 2014 too.
