fawns sometimes get a swollen lower jaw from fusobacteria, naturally found in the ground. Usually it will burst and heal, sometimes it eats the bone up pretty bad. I'd just let nature take it's path.
Looks more like two lumps, but the fawns looks healthy otherwise.....
I've spent most of the money I've made in my lifetime on hunting and fishing. The rest I just wasted.....
