If I killed that 170 you'd see no pics, or story
I've spent most of the money I've made in my lifetime on hunting and fishing. The rest I just wasted.....

Hard to believe someone killed a 170 plus deer and has no pictures.

Hard to believe someone killed a 170 plus deer and has no pictures. I'd bet he has pics, just isn't showing them.
I've spent most of the money I've made in my lifetime on hunting and fishing. The rest I just wasted.....

That's it Troy. He showed me about 10 of them. I asked him to text me one and he hasnt, so I aint gonna push it. He probably doesnt want to deal with the hassle. I can share that the deer was killed on 47 acres. It shows you don't necessarily need lots of land to kill a monster buck...you just need a little luck! Hard to believe someone killed a 170 plus deer and has no pictures. I'd bet he has pics, just isn't showing them.

If I killed something that big on my personal hunting land, I wouldn't tell a sole about it. The only other person that would know that I killed it would be my taxidermist.

If I killed something that big on my personal hunting land, I wouldn't tell a sole about it. The only other person that would know that I killed it would be my taxidermist. and I'd lie to the taxidermist about where I killed it....

I'd try my best to get it on the 6 oclock news, I'd even give directions to where I killed it. Granted the genetics are still there but 170's aren't standing behind every bush on his land. Call me a bragger bc a secret is the last thing me killing 170" deer in alabama would ever be. Congrats to man that killed it.
Give me bout 15 more minutes, I was dreamin about beavers..........

I have never understood why it's such a big deal as to where a buck was killed. Everyone knows there's big deer all over Alabama, I guess folks think if somebody kills a monster, then he has a twin brother on the same property. Just never been a big deal to me. Now fishing is a different story. Agreed! People act like "oh, such and such killed a monster deer in such and such county. That's where I'm leasing land next year!"...LOL & SMH
