Had one of them years ago...project was the key word. Finally cut my losses and sold that money pit!

I've got a Honda CB750 chopper that I need to start working on. It's in an AMEN Savior frame, with a coffin shaped tank, king/queen seat, and invader wheels.

98 jeep TJ wrangler, always got a project going on it, its my hunting vehicle, but i use it as a part time DD also. This past few weeks it has been chasing down an intermittant starting issue, making a few tweaks to the lift to get rid of a popping when it flexes, swapping to the mud grips and working on the shifter and a few other odds and ends. Next week it will be installing 4 bilstein 5100's!

Not mine, but helping a buddy on his '57 F100. Got it torn down to the frame and getting ready to swap in a 302 from a donor truck and then start welding in some replacement body panels.

8 years after I went and picked it up on a rollback in fairfield she is rolling under her own power. My buddies grocery getter. Plans include a removing the 350 it came with and swapping in a 502. Its a 50 footer when it comes to detail. The individual that had it so long rushed during the most important phase of the project and has left a lot of work still to be done. Body lines are all jacked up but at least the paint turned out flawless. If you see it in alabaster helena try to race him , he doesn't have 1st gear smile

Funny you should ask. I have a 1973 CJ5 I'm working on to make a hunting vehicle.

Taking it down to the frame, grinding, sanding, replacing, painting etc.....

* Note: When using an angle grinder you should wear a pair of tough long pants such as carhartt. DO NOT wear shorts!!!!
A twisted wire cup on a Dewalt grinder will apparently dig a rut in your knee in about 1/10th of a second.

It'll also send those little wires flying like arrows and bury in your leg

^^^u are correct, went from a two handed grip to one handed and accidentally mashed the trigger which torqued it into my leg. I had on pants but a good enough pair for what was going on.

I would love to find one at a good price to piddle on. Either that or an old bronco.
