im not a big fan of still hunting so i slowly stalk just within bowshot on the edges of roads on the wmas that have them or down creek beds etc on those that dont. you would be surprised at the game i see walking down the road. ive found deer like walking the road just as much as we do, easy walking i think. lots of times i see hunters pass by walking and driving and minutes later see deer crossing the road. i think they stay on the outskirts of roads and watch us pass then cross or walk the roads after they feel we have gone.
don't sweat the petty things and don't pet the sweaty things...
