Yes, as someone from FL I agree with whitetailchaser. We aren't all like that. I've heard many stories if locals shooting deer in the off season and poaching but I don't think every Alabama resident does it.

I have a stand right on the property line. The neighbor knows I hunt there and they don't mind at all. Its where the deer are. Thats why I hunt it.

It's on there property looks like they have a road or something they are hunting.
Let me ask you this does it matter if they kill the deer 5 yards from the property line or a 100? Deads still dead
We will burn that bridge when we get there

I hunt in Bakerhill and have Florida guys that hunt beside me. Never have any issues with them except they go into the woods about 6:30a.m. and 4:00p.m. and ride their 4 wheeler all the way to the stand.

Some people just don't get it, is it illegal to hunt this close to your neighbors property line no, is it unethical yes. I hunt on this track with TomO and on more than once I've let deer walk just get shot on the other side of the fence, and I am talking about that anything that craps between 2 hoofs. Florida hunters ground check everything. THOSE Florida hunters ground check everything....doesn't mean ALL do! I don't know any Florida hunters but I know you can't classify ALL by the actions of a FEW!
