I kill most of my birds alone and hunt alone most of the time. 2 people are just more noise, movement, and another blob sitting against a tree to make movement. You need a partner just to tell you the direction they're coming from. After you know that, you seem to do ok Shut it! My left ear drum is still healing from that day.

Both. To me it's easier with my dad. One of us will sit 50-75 yards in front quietly while the other calls. The shooter can let a bird walk into his barrel most of the time. But I do like going on my own also.

Doesn't matter to me.... But usually alone....If someone is around that doesn't know much...I would rather them go with me so the birds don't get spooked or educated.... Last thing I want is to hunt a weary bird spooked by someone who doesn't know what the hell they are doing....

I go alone about 75% of the time and with a good friend the other 25% of the time....if I had to guess.

This question was asked on turkey thugs.
To me, it seems that more memories are made going with someone. I am relatively new to turkey hunting, so the few times I have went alone, I have not had any luck at all. But it seems like when I go with someone, we are all over em. I really want to call one in myself this year, so I will probably be solo a lot of the time. I guess I prefer the company.

Much more fun and probably more safe to have a partner in crime....but I do go alone about 75% of the time. Always have a phone, snake bite kit, and a separate handheld gps.

Other than a few solo hunts before work and the one or two times a season when I invite myself to hunt with my pals, I primarily hunt with my son. We have a good time and try to learn something every trip even if we don't kill too many turkeys.
