Who's been arrested? Care to share your story?

I was about 20 years ago. Criminal trespassing and resisting arrest. Was partying in some sand pits (criminal trespassing) and when the cops showed I ran and when then caught me I put up a fight (resisting arrest). Went to court the day before I left for bootcamp and they dropped the charges on one, can remember which one, and fined me for the other one. Had to sell my motorcycle that day to my older brother to get the cash to pay the fine before I left for bootcamp.

With all the rednecks on here, I'm sure there's some good stories out there! Let's hear them!

Never been arrested had the cuffs on been put in the back of the car but should have been several times just got lucky

Dont know if i really wanna share but here goes.. got a dui when i was 18, left a friends bday party and had a few beers and got pulled over, young and dumb! I deserved what i got

Never been arrested, but I have been put in the back of cop car. Buddy and I was heading to the store. He was a lead foot. We got caught doing 75 in a 35. He was 15, I was 14 at the time. Yeah, no drivers license. His cousin was with us in the back seat. Cops pulled us over...seen our age...and wanted to scare the crap out of us. We were both scared. Got back in the car and started smelling something. His cousin had crapped on himself. He might have been 9. I still laugh about that to this day.

Been in trussville once DUI Jefferson cnty twice minor in possession. I was a hell raiser that drank a lot still do sometimes. Should have been arrested a lot more just lucked up. The DUI was a long story that won't be touched on a forum.

Lucked up has helped me a TON of times. Hoping my luck don't run out soon.....

I got put in handcuffs,put in the backseat and took to the department.Mom dated the investigator at the time so he come picked me up at the department.Got charged with disorderly conduct for fighting but didnt have to spend the night in jail.Did get to spend the night in jail when i was 19 for buying alcohol underage at the interstate.ABC board had got complaints bout this store selling to minors.They were across the road watching and i guess thought i was a minor..They were right.A night in jail,a fine and license gone for 90 days i learned my damn lesson!!

Yes, however not charged (nobody would file charges). I was banned from a town. Yes banned, as in you cross into the city limits and we are going to put you under the jail (words spoken to my mother by the sheriff).

I wasn't a bad guy - just not smart enough to leave a bad situation alone. There aren't many things I would change about the way my life turned out - but I wish I would have changed courses a couple of times along the way.

Never been in trouble with the law. I witnessed a wreck one time and the trooper asked me to sit in the back seat and fill out a report. I told him I was 45 years old and had never been in the back seat of a Police car in my life. He laughed and told me it was OK to fill it out across the trunk. Pretty nice guy and he passed away about two years after this.

I did have a Deputy Sheriff 3 years ago tell me I could not access property I owned in Colbert County. Long story short-He called another sheriff in for backup along with the local warden. I DID NOT go to jail that day, nor was I ticketed.

Negative, I have had a few close encounters but by luck or divine intervention things went better than I probably deserved.

I was arrested for minor in possession when I was 20. Probably would not have been arrested if a friend of mind would not have acted like an asshat to the police.

Dang I would have been in jail on that day I'll be damned if I can't access my property.

I got arrested for public intoxication in 99. Could've been avoided, but I was a smartass. Still didn't get what I deserved, but luckily I learned from it anyway.

I was 19 when we pulled in to get a bite to eat for lunch with the motar mixer behind our beat up 1 ton, and two muscle guys in a corvette pulled up and parked beside us and started running their mouths and flexing their muscles so to speak at us. The older bricklayer temper was about to pop....so I jumped out before he did, and reached over and grabbed my brick hammer and busted out the front window of the vet, and the drivers window, then my partner somewhat young had his trowel ready to go work on em who was already having bad day. The biggest meathead got his brains beat out in front of everyday lunch goers, and I took the heat and was cuffed. Got off because we bricked a lot houses where the Chief lived, and his fathers house. That's all Im saying...and it was stupid.

Once in New Orleans for fighting in the French quarter. Got off with a hefty fine. Almost got arrested for beating the shucks out of a guy in Biloxi but he didn't press charges. Been in the back of cop cars enough to write a book. Looking back I'm glad I finally grew up, was on a one way road to a shitty life.

I forgot about the time i got restrained in mobile during mardi gras for throat punching a drunk guy, he deserved it

My bro was 5 years older than me and was wild. I learned from his mistakes I didn't want to take that road. He put my parents through hell. I never drunk one beer or went to one party. Me and the buddy's would camp out and ride four wheelers was about as wild as I got.
