I would absolutely love to be a part of that but can't justify the drive/expense with 3 little ones and all the sports/activities that come along with that. I feel you could go to 200/1 ratio at 3K and fill your spots especially in the area you're in. Thanks, I understand, I have 3 little girls. If I can find some people (the right people) to make it to 200/1 or even more, I will do it.
