Definitely go with an inline 6 cylinder. Especially if you ever plan to go with wide tires and a lift. When I bought mine it had factory gearing with 35x12.50x15 tires and I couldn't use 5th gear. I regeared it to 4:11 and have no problem using 5th. In hindsight I wish I had went to 4:56 gearing. Fuel economy is around 13-15 .

Two roads diverged in the woods and I took the one with deep ruts, hills and mud.It may be bumpy but WHAT A RIDE!

I'm way past a teenager and I can just about say that regarding my YJ. Mine will be for sale soon and I'll be looking for a late model TJ for a daily driver.

I'll give you $500.00.

The true mark of a man is not how he conducts himself during times of prosperity, but how he conducts himself during times of adversity.

Everyone here...I appreciate your input a bunch ! After a lot of thought with my wife last night and today, we have decided not to pursue the Jeep. My 18 yr old girl would be the one really driving it. The information provided was awesome, and I cant tell you how much I appreciate it. As weird as this may seem....I think I may look for a Z71 with bigger tires, and maybe a little lift. I know there are no guarantee's on vehicles...but I think I gonna go with a Truck instead.
