680 a month just went up 40 a week.

$416 to $611 but lost a lot in plan change. I figure companies that give employees ins.will only insure the employee not family come Jan. '14.

I don't know but it ain't much. I love having a wife that's a nurse.

I have the option for a plan thats a little over $200 bi weekly where I work. But when you figure in the deductibles and everything you have to pay nearly between $7-10k before they pay anything. Right now we would have a hard time affording it and have not had insurance in nearly 6 years and have 3 kids. What bills we have had we have payed with cash. I thank the Lord for Him blessing our health and providing for us.

I do not plan to sign up for Obamacare and as of now will pay the fines, which should be un-constiutional.

when ours goes up it will be a little over $11,000 for premium alone. thats with $65 dr visit copays, $100 specialist copays, 7500 per major medical deductible, $250 ER copay, $250 deductible on any imaging not applied to the major medical.

You have to figure in your age also. As soon as you get above 55 the rates start to climb quickly. Insurance on me with BCBS Fl went to $907 when I hit 62.

I pay a little over $500 a month for insurance on me and the wife. It went up about 30% this year, deductibles got higher, out of pocket costs got higher. Basically, I am paying 30% more for worse insurance.

Family coverage is when you add 1 or 21 dependents to your single plan and mine is $550 month for family, my portion BCBS of Fl.

I pay 88.00 a month for family coverage medical dental and vision....bc/bs.,......and that is only because i am in the union

This obamacare sucks for almost everyone I have talked to about it except for the ones who didnt have insurance. The republicans tried to fight the dems on this because they seen what it was gonna do to the insurance industry and the tax payers pockets, and the small business owners pockets, this is to bring down the middle class-make it weaker and take money from them to pay for peoples health care that didnt already have it. Isnt this what we had brfore. An uninsured person from anywhere in the world could get free healthcare and the people with insurance would pay those folks bills through insurance premiums and copays going up. The only difference is the GOVERNMENT gets the money. This has been the plan the whole time and this younger generation believes anything a person higher of great statute says. Obama to me is the most lying president and has taken more freedom from the american people than any in the past. I merely despise the look of his anti american face. GOD Bless America!

I couldn't agree more. He has ruined this country, and the worst of it hasn't hit yet. Hard to face the fact that the better days of this country are behind us.

this topic is just depressing. got me thinking about jumping the border to Mexico.

Man Mexico is worse than here except for a few of the gated communities oriented to US retirees. Those I know who are looking to get the heck out before the collapse are looking into Panama, Costa Rico or if ya got the time and money New Zealand.
