So I went and purchased a new climber ...the one i wanted they didnt have ....so i settled for the viper sd ultra crush series. Got back home was gonna assemble it and it didnt have the bolts for the foot rest or the climbing stirrups....i am so pissed.ginna take it back when the weather allows me. Just gonna get my money back and order from summit.

I wouldn't. I'd call Summit and tell them. They would most likely ship you what you need.

Good folks to deal with, just call Summit and tell them what was missing. Bought a ladder stand last year and was missing a bracket; called them had it 3 days later.

I had a handclimber develop a crack in it on my Summit climber about 10 years ago, when I called them they gave me an entire new stand. Still in the box. I told them all I wanted was a handclimber, but they insisted I get an entire new setup. Good folks.

Ive had a old man grand vision for 10 years.I love that stand.I paid $215.00 for it at luckys bait and tackle who has since closed its doors.Never had a problem with it.
