Ummm....maybe use the part that works and fry the chicken?  And fires.....and my fish for the week.....what do you think this is a restaurant?  chicken is breaded fish sticks for the kids Fires? You talking about the oven or the fireplace? On a serious note, I hope it's simple and cheap to fix.
