Life is a journey. Make sure and bring plenty of Beer.

My luck has been so bad lately, it could be raining pussies and I'd catch one with a dick broke off in it.

The cocking sound scaring people is a movie myth. Come hang out with me and see some of the fine upstanding young black men at the courthouse who have been in numerous shoot out and are not worried about getting shot at, shot or even killed. They would laugh at the cocking sound and shoot you before you knew what was going on.

Don't think that you can out shoot all those people either. I have represented a bunch that were good shots and were in no way afraid to use their guns.

In my experience in the criminal justice system, police officers are as a whole worse shots than the thugs.

When I was little my Dad told me, "Don't worry too much about the big mouthy guy, watch the little guy in the corner because he is the one that will slip up and kill you".

To me if a man thinks he is the most dangerous man in the room, sooner or later he will meet someone who will show him that he is not.

It's a free world so you carry your way but don't knock everyone else who has a different opinion. I hope it never happens but I fear that one day you will find out that you are not so big and bad.

I used to have a job where young children were always jumping on me and hugging me etc... That is the ONLY time I carried without one in the chamber. The odds of my gun going off in that situation was miniscule but I just was never comfortable with one in the chamber in that situation. Other than that I always have one in the chamber.

It's because they hold their hand palm down when they shoot.

This helps against limp wristing also. Very accurate and the do-rag keeps their hair out of their eyes.

I will give you an example.

I had a case, two guys rob a store. The cops make it there before they exit. When they come out, a police lady, sees a gun. So, she starts shooting. Then her partner start shooting. This is in a fenced parking lot and the criminals are 30 feet away.

Lady cop shoots until she hits the mag release on her gun by mistake. Other cop empties his gun. Cop on other side of the fence, hears shooting, can not see anything but shapes of people. He shoots are shapes through the fence. Every round he had on him.

Three cops, over 100 shots. The only thing hit was a police car that one of the officers shot (it was his car, he shot out the back window of it as he was drawing his gun) and my client's partner's ass. The criminal ass was shot by my client when he tripped while running and had an accidental discharge. That was the only shot the criminals made.

3 cops, 100 plus round and the only thing they hit was a police car, and that was an accident.

I have other examples as well.

Not all thugs can shoot, I am not saying that, but police can't either as a whole. Most of them never pull their guns and practice.

I had a case one time where the police and two criminals got in to a shoot out. Everyone involved shoot ever round available and when they were out of bullets, after no one was hit, the criminals surrendered. That was something like 300 shoots fired and no one hit.

One of the shoot outs my dad was in that he will talk about Was at 15ft away he said they both emptied there Revolvers. They were both behind there car doors. when they had run dry dad charged him with his Mag light and lets say he went to the hospital for a while The other guy that is.

Another shoot out State Troppers told me about in Florida. He was in a shoot out that started in the bar and wound up in the street. It was about 6-1. After all said and done there were 4 laying in the street the other 2 ran off.

Point is you never know in this kind of situation what your reaction will be. Best thing is to prepare the best you can. You might empty your gun and not even hit a tree, next time you might need just one shot.

And as for saying your The biggest Bad @ss here dumb statement. A true Bad @ss doesn't ever have to say it. And without fear you won't be able to react at all. Why because you don't fear anything so why react.
