plain oatmeal for breakfast smart ones frozen meal for lunch... stay at or under 6g of fat supper is a 4 oz piece of baked tilapia or salmon with a plain baked sweet potato. Mix the potato up with some asparagus, brussel sprouts, or another green veggie every now and then.
Mix in a banana or apple a couple times a day and you are at 1000-1100 calories. Take your vitamins and drink plenty of water.
only drink water and do an hour of cardio a day 7 days a week and you will drop weight like it is being cut off.
download myfitnesspal on your smart phone and let me know what your email is and I will add you to my friends list so you can see how I work it. I stay below 1000 net calories a day and have all but a handful of times over the last 4 months.

It's simple: No bread or refined wheat products, nothing that has "high fructose" or "refined sugar" anywhere on the label, nothing that has more than 5 ingredients, and no beer = you will lose weight!
Being married to Lola Granola has it's benefits, she keeps me healthy. I eat a LOT & when I get too heavy (which is more often the older I get) I do this until all my pants fit again, usually within a couple of months.

I eat lots of Salmon, Baked Chicken, Venison, baked sweet potatoes, mixed nuts, apples, bananas, salad, veggies and drink only water. Non processed natural foods will take the weight off quicker, regardless of calorie content. Mixed nuts are full of fat and calories but they are healthy and won't hurt your weight loss. Processed , engineered foods are horrible and our bodies were never meant to be fueled by chemicals. Add a little weight training and cardio 4 or 5 days a week and you will drop weight and more importantly, your health will improve.

I like to incorporate high protein into breakfast such as boiled eggs and fruit or cottage cheese and fruit. Lunches are easy with lean cuisine or smart ones. For an afternoon snack I'll have an apple, banana, or small protein bar. Lean fish or chicken with green veggies for supper.

I lost seventy pounds in about 5 months pretty much doing what YEK said. I went from a 44 inch waist to a 36. From a xxl to large in most of my shirts and a 19 1/2 inch neck to 16. My cholesterol level went from 270 down to 140. I never did starve and it wasn't as hard as I thought it was going to be.

I lost 92 pounds in 4 years and never went on a diet so to speak.Just drink water everytime you are thirsty and sometimes when you are hungry.Sometimes hunger mimmicks dehydration.Cut back on food but still eat the stuff you like and walk walk walk like your life depends on it.I walk 5 miles a day.
