Look ****tard! I don't have a dog in the fight. I didn't play at auburn or even go to school there. I simply stated my opinion on how I felt about Nick whiny ass saban. I even mentioned he was a great coach. I don't talk about auburn by saying "us" or "we" if you don't currently play football there you shouldn't be allowed to say those words when talking about football. Personally I thought the bama game was a MUCH bigger choke job. I mean auburn blew a big lead but is it really a choke job when you're the underdog abd lose to the heisman trophy winner? Or is it a real choke job when you lose by 2 TD's to a guy who only made 2 or 3 starts in a season? I mean get real. You're a joke and obviously a whiny little bitch as well. Ps notice I said auburn and not WE. Go ***** yourself.

I'm not mad. Just having a little fun. I don't let 18-20 year old kids and their football performance on the field upset me. I'm laughing about it all. It's a forum and everybody has opinion. Didn't mean I was right or anybody else is right. Just some trash talking. But you have to admit saban has sounded a little whiny and desperate about this situation.

Actually, Saban's been fairly quiet about it. There's just so much talk and innuendo about what little he said, it seems like he's said a lot more than he actually has. The pissing and moaning and crying I've heard is ABOUT Saban, not from Saban....including this thread.

Yea, he was very quite when he went to Indy and made a pitch to stop it.

And then the dumb ass cigarette comments. He scared.

He made his opinion known in Indy, and you heard nothing else from him until the last day or two. Lots of pissing and crying about him in between that time, though.

As far as scared? Yeah, I still like his chances.

It's a real choke job to do it in the championship game. AU had weeks to
prepare and obviously wasn't ready. The AU offense got completely shut down in the second half and the defense couldn't stop anything that FSU did on offense. Again, 2 losses in the seasons for both teams and drastically different outlooks on it. I'm glad you feel so good about beating Bama, but AU missed out on their big
opportunity with their Coach of the Year who flopped

I'm neither an Alabama or Auburn fan...Here's my perspective...

If they are saying that Alabama is still the best team in the country and auburn just squeaked by with a fluke win...

WHERE DOES THAT PUT OKLAHOMA?????

Just someone from the outside looking in...

I work with Alabama and Auburn fans...Give me an Auburn Fan anyday...

I honestly think that Oklahoma could have beat any other college Football team in the country that night, including Auburn and Fla St. They were on fire and played inspired, which was rare for them. I still think Bama was one of the best teams in the country but I'm at peace with saying they weren't the best. They lost a great game at Auburn and barely showed up to a beat down with OK. I'd still rather be a Bama fan anyday though.

Again, who said Bammer is still the best team in the country? If you are gonna come in here and spew schit you should at least have the decency to stick around and answer a question.

If they are saying that auburn is the best team in the country then where does that put LSU?

See how stupid that sounds?

Below is a quote from one of the people on this topic...

Nobody's going to remember this past year's AU team. Nobody ever remembers the 2nd place team. And most of the nation still thought Bama was the best team in the nation even after the second fluke win of the year for AU. The nation got on the bandwagon briefly because of the 2 MIRACLE plays. That's exactly what they were, MIRACLES.

I'm not hiding...I just love this website but don't make it my point to respond everytime I hit a nerve with certain people..
Like I said, I work with both alabama and auburn fans...Alabama fans are still looking for excuses on why they lost...They are blaming referees and how the other team cheated...Auburn fans are saying we should have won that last game but took it with stride...The way I see it, Saban choked with his coaching..He could have won both those games if he would have done things differently..There is no doubt he has the most talented team in the country but if they don't play to their potential they are destined to lose some games...
Also, I did not say that Auburn was the best team in the country...

Well CBS and ESPN both did articles that were posted here saying that the best team(Bammer) wasn't playing for the NC, and the Vegas folks were still saying that Bammer would have been favored over both teams playing in the NC. That was BEFORE the Oklahoma game. If you look at your quote you will see that.

I haven't heard any Bammer fans saying that auburn or Oklahoma cheated but I don't know your coworkers. I don't like it that auburn beat Bammer but everyone that's ever watched a Saban team should have seen the outcome of the Sugar Bowl coming. Bammer took 2 butt-kickings this year.

I didn't say YOU said auburn was the best team. I used the same term you did... "They".

I haven't blamed referees or cheating on Bama's losses. Bama got outplayed and out coached in those two games, plain and simple. You can't keep trying for field goals when it's not working, Bama has proven that's a way to lose games in the AU game and against LSU a few years ago.

Our coaches also did a terrible job being creative on offense. The defense wasn't as good as past Bama teams, but it was good enough to win. But when you've got a 6'7 tight end that can outrun anybody and you've got a beast like Derrek Henry on the sidelines and you've got a Senior QB who's won back to back national championships, there's no excuse for the lack of production on offense. That's why certain coordinators aren't around anymore.

Didnt bama average 38.2 points per game in 2013? That is down from 38.7 the year before. What a bum that OC was!!!!

Oddly enough, the D went from 10 points allowed per game to 13.9 per game.

And just who runs the D????

The defense did enough most games to keep Bama in the games. The offensive issues weren't necessarily the point production as much as it was the inconsistency. Unable to convert on short 3rd downs, dealing with long 3rd downs and etc. Had the Bama Offense been able to convert a short 4th and 1 in scoring distance at Auburn, everyone would be talking about Bama going for another NC.

With these "Newer Offenses" the better way to combat them is to have a consistent offense that can run at will. Sure completely shutting them down with defense would be ideal, but its almost unfeasible at times. This Bama team should have been able to line it up and run down anyones throat. They couldn't and with the offensive talent they have, that's a major Offensive issue. I look forward to that being improved this upcoming season.
