Great Deer in That Area. know of a couple 150-160's that have come from around that area. And that is a great price won't see land that cheap much longer.

Tall, it does have some nice deer on it. We've killed a several that I've plaque mounted but nothing like a monster. Although, we've seen several every year on camera that I would put on the wall. I hunted it regularly this year and saw deer every time I went. It's good for a turkey or 3 every year as well.
I cut about 40 acres 3 years ago and replanted it with loblolly. It's cool to see my little trees growing now. They are between 2 and 3 feet tall. Still has about 35-40 acres of timber left. The remaining is in food plots, road system, and open areas that I planted trees in. It's got a nice little area for a cabin or a camper. Surrounded by large land owners and timber company. I've had zero problems with adjoining land owners since I've had the place.
It's been a blessing to me and my boys but now it's time to let someone else have a really nice tract at a fair price.

Didn't know this was your place. Remember the post from last year but didn't put two and two together. I'm a perpetual land stalker and have looked at this tract about 100 times. I'd venture to say I know it better aerially (google earth) than you do.  Wish the time was right...I'd have bought it last year from you.
