Second degree murder for the dad. No reason to shoot the boy when a member of the household allowed him inside.
Daughter gets charged as an accomplice to murder.
It's not self defense, and no threats were made. Boy didn't break in either. This won't end well for dad and daughter. The father didn't know he had been invited/let in at the time of the shooting did he?
