Second degree murder for the dad. No reason to shoot the boy when a member of the household allowed him inside.
Daughter gets charged as an accomplice to murder.
It's not self defense, and no threats were made. Boy didn't break in either. This won't end well for dad and daughter. But he didn't know that he was let inside at the time. The easy daughter lied and he thought she was getting raped or harmed. He didn't know if it was a break in, and it should constitute self defense because of the information that he was given at the moment. His daughter is the reason the boy is dead. If she just said that he was with her I doubt the kid would have been shot
