Did he eat the turnbuckle? Winner. He chewed up the turnbuckle and I cheered like my team just scored a last second touchdown to win the game. Wife thought I was an idiot. But I enjoyed watching him do that.
Character is not developed in moments of temptation and trial. That is when it is intended to be used.

My dad carried me to Boutwell a few times back in the mid 70's to watch live shows but mostly we stayed up till like midnight on Saturday nights to watch. Well he usually stayed up and woke me up when it came on. Wresting back then was so much fun! I got to meet Andre the Giant at Boutwell and he was SO much bigger than I had imagined and this was when he was a svelte 500 pounds. Tojo, George Gulas, Bobby Eaton, Dutch Mantell and a very young and skinny Randy Savage were some of my favorites. I guess I secretly had a mean streak because I always loved it when Abdullah the Butcher or The Sheik would pass through and beat the heck out of all the regulars before predictably losing a "loser leave town' match. My favorite tag team was Jacky and Rough House Fargo, now that was entertainment!!
Lead, follow or get the HELL outa the way!

Bad Boy and Billy Boy Hines x2 Chief Wahoo McDaniel... Mr Wrestling #2, I was there in the Columbus Ga auditorium when one of the Sperlings (Arnold, I think) out of Phenix City bit his finger off. This was in the late 60's. Those Sperlings were too mean for the wrestling group. They didn't know how to fake it.

when i was a teenager and dating my now wife. I was over at her house and her mom picked up and bodyslammed my father in law and puts some knots on his bald head. When he finally got away from her. His shirt was half ripped off. He threw his head back and let out "WHEEEEW' just like ol Flair.Ever since then i'v been partial to the nature boy.
