Scott, in Alabama, how long would a person have to file an appeal in a case such as this
Get the F out of the BATFE. The F is guaranteed by the US Constitution. Those other letters are not.

If everything he posted is the truth and is the only evidence presented, they need to appeal to the Alabama court of criminal appeals. I have personally never seen a Judge convict someone when there has been no evidence of a crime presented. If the facts are really what you say, that is not even circumstantial evidence of a crime. A warrant should not have even been issued, thus the number of people doubting that they are getting the whole story. When you have a criminal defense lawyer (not surprisingly) saying there wasn't enough evidence, but then it is backed up by a retired GW and a retired police executive, it speaks strongly that there was not enough evidence from the information we were given.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.
