Once again, I will say this and I am done. The DOJ cannot remove a state court conviction. They can't remove a federal conviction. They have no ability to remove a conviction. Only a court of law can do so and the DOJ is not a court of law. In Alabama there is NO WAY to remove a conviction from your record.

If this was in anyway possible, do you really thing that every lawyer in the world would not know it? Who would keep a YO on their record if it was possible?
