OK have it your way. I do evictions for several apartment complexes and trailer parks. But you all know better than I do. I must be doing something wrong since it is not that complicated to me. But then I follow the law step by step, from notice of termination to the sheriff putting the stuff on the street. Its easy and can be done by computer. But hey, what do I know after thirty five years of practice?
Judge..I see it the way you do. I have had no problem ever in the eviction process..handling it legally. I own a ton of property in Alabama in a couple of counties and it is EXTREMELY easy. By the way..now you know what your son doekiller puts up with! By the way..hes a heck of a guy. My son is going to school to be a lawyer and recently moved to Birmingham. Your son has been extremely helpful in his advice to me as to where my son should live etc. You did a good job raising him by the way! We moved him to Highland park area due to your sons advise..and he has been very happy there. My wife and I visit him and the area is very nice. We even walk around at night to the resturants there. Like I told Scott..the apple didnt fall too far from the tree with you two!
