Anybody hearing any gobbling yet? I got pics of six strutters, some jakes and hens on one of my trail cameras.

They are in Bullock County (last weekend). I actually heard them in December this year (one time - a shock gobble perhaps?).

I like those odds.

Do you want to hear him gobble, or do you want to kill him.

On our way to the hunting club yesterday, I seen 2 gobblers that were puffed up some standing out in the middle of a big pasture with 2 hens. That was in Fayette County just north of Fayette on Hwy 102

I had much rather be tried by twelve than carried to my grave by six!!!!

You plan to hunt at the club or NF land?
Both?

Just starting here on the limb, not so much once the feet hit the ground.

I saw 4 gobblers today at our place in Winston Co., but didn't hear any gobbling yesterday or today. These birds were together, with no hens...

saw 12-15 hens today with a few jakes and 2 gobs. Put out two cams and some feed today to hopefully get a few pics of some birds to rolling in.

I heard some hens this morning, and I "think" I hard a distant Gobble, but my hearing loss has handicapped my long distance listener.

I plan on hunting at the club until it opens up here, then i will be at the NF. I went to the NF today looking around for sign. I found some tracks and where they have been scratching around. I am hoping to make a trip to Sam R Murphy but i don't know alot about it. I may go over there this coming weekend and see what kind of sign i can find
