Don't come to P'cola Beach on Memorial Day weekend unless you like to look at a lot of banana hammocks!! Wtf Been this way for a lot of years. Rainbow flags as far as the eye can see. If you drop your car keys at the beach this weekend, kick them all the way to Dothan before you pick them up..

Just booked me a place for 3 nights on Okaloosa Island for a total of $483. Dang, we are planning a trip for the end of july and I cant find anything for less than 1300 bucks for 4 nights. We usually go in late august or September and the prices are cheaper but since my daughter is starting school we have to go in the peak season and the prices are crazy. Where are you looking? Im looking at VRBO right now and there are plenty of places under $1000 for a week (I just plugged in 7/27 thru 7/31)
