Why do you need bait? Put your nose in the wind and stalk them. You can walk up on whole sounders if you're careful. Travel waterways if applicable. I'm not sure I want to do that much work for a pig. We were hoping to attract several to a bait location and shoot them. I've never even seen a hog in the wild, so stalking one seems a little difficult.

I would certainly think rice bran would work. I figure they'd eat most anything. Apparently soured corn is their favorite, so mixing in some of that may be a good option. thanks.

If it's free I would dang sure try it or as you said, in a mix. No reason not too.

Corn no corn they'll eat just fine. I'd also scatter some corn so they have to work for it, be nice if y'all could put some feed out a few days (i'd probably toss some a week ahead of time) before y'all plan on staying to give 'em time to find it...

They climb int our trough feeders and look like Al Pacino in Scarface with their face buried in it. I bet 😆 They love (so does the deers) the Berry Blocks from tractor supply too 🤫🤫

Semi they love rice bran down here in LA so I’m assuming they will up north. Yankee hogs are probably just the same as these redneck hogs down here. Berry Flavored if you can find it, it's got a strong smell
"Cull" is just another four letter word...
