How do y'all set up on the ground quick and be comfortable? I can set for about 20 min. Then my legs get numb and have to move around some. What kind of chair/cushion y'all use?

As far as cushions go I think these are the best. Hunt comfort The best seat are the gobbler lounges. They are a seat but not sure if they still carry them. They are a little more cumbersome to carry buy will keep the legs and butt from going numb.
Do you want to hear him gobble, or do you want to kill him.

Cabelas did carry them but not sure anymore, several people make them under different names now.

I set up with camo material making a blind then sit in a bag chair turkey pay little attention to my movement and none to the blind. Always hunted on the ground for 40 years now this is the way I go.
retired 6 Saturdays and one Sunday
I am lucky, I don't have as far to go as I have been!

I like a cushion. I have two gobbler loungers but use them more for deer hunting. I tend to cover a good bit of ground turkey hunting and don't want to tote the GL for very long. They are very comfortable though. This exactly. I'll use the gobbler lounger if I know I'm gonna set up on the edge of a field at daylight or something but 90% of the time I use them for deer. There is a cushion called a wedge supreme that doesn't weigh much at all and you can carry it in a little strap. It's pretty comfortable.

If I can lean against something, I just sit on the ground with no cushion. If there's nothing to lean against, I use the seat in my Bucklick Creek vest. It has a built in back rest. I wear this vest all the time.

YEK, don't forget to buy another lounger. DW, I know where you can buy a used Gobbler Lounger, but the shipping might cost more than the seat is worth. What about if we hook up for a turkey hunt in Randolph County? What kind of shipping then??

I have 4 of them I'll leave them in the woods under a rock or something just like you would leave a climbing stand hung to a tree. That's not a bad idea. I have a couple places I could do that.
