Coco, my five MONTH old mutt shed dog supreme has found a PILE of antlers so far. I have found four and she has found twenty sheds. If she keeps at it like this she will be a vacuum cleaner on those sheds......

same way you train any dog to do anything...you reward em for doing what you want...repeatedly...just a few minutes every day.
I started her playing with sheds, then throwing em for her to fetch. She took to it like a natural. She will find sheds on her own and bring em to the front porch. If she does that I throw em for her and give her a treat when she brings em to me.
and she's under six months old....
