Since it was mentioned in the Jasper thread and it's a landmark..I'm curious how many of you guys have been in there?? I live a few minutes from the place.

I'm thinking the older gals that are no longer able to swing around on the stripper pole due to arthritis and or rabies have moved north to Jasper and are now greeters at the Wal-Mart.

been a few times years ago. the lack of bottled beer made it impossible for the place to hold my interest. the women dang sure werent worth going for. the slabs of 2x4 that you slam on the table to show your approval was pretty interesting though. unique place for sure.

I went once walked in the front door looked across the place turned and walked out.

Never been to Wesley's, but I used to go to Playhouse East in East Lake back in the late 70's when I was a teenager. I did carpentry work and these old carpenters would drag me along after work on paydays. I think I was about 15 or 16 years old. They had the wood blocks and the old sots in there would hammer the things on the counters while the slutty gals did the grind.

As a young guy I got propositioned by those gals a lot, but even back then I was smart enough not to touch any of that with a 10 foot pole.

I was with my dad one time in Sammy's in Ft. Walton beach on a fishing trip when he got thrown out of the place. Of course I had to leave too, because he was my ride home...

I live less than 5 minutes from there and also have to raise my hand in shame, I have went afew times afew years ago on some late nights....

I grew up three minutes from Wesleys and I have never been in there. Never even thought about going in that place.

They are always looking for new talent. There is a sign outside of Warrior on Cain Creek Road Advertising for dancers for Westley's. Maybe some of you could get your girl friends a job there, for extra money you know.
Back in the 80s I worked with a lawyer who represented Westley's and had to go up there several times, mostly on Dram Shop cases. Never lost anything up there so have not been back in a long time. Glad to hear that He is still providing jobs for worn out old strippers. Guy ought to be commended for doing a public service.
Reminds me of an old story:
Guy had an accident on the job and was not able to work for several months. He told his wife she had to go to work to support the family and buy him a six pack every once in a while. The only thing she was good at was sex, and she was out standing at that, so they decided she would work as a "sex worker" ( TC- that means hooker). So the first night she dressed up in a short skirt and tank top, and black stockings and high heels and he dropped her off down town. He told her he would be back to pick her up the next morning.
The next morning he picked her up in his old truck and was shocked at how she looked. She had been ridden hard and put up wet, bedraggled and with her big hair down on one side, her lip stick was smeared all over her face and one of her high heels was broken. He said, "Baby I am so sorry you had to do this. you look like you have had a rough night. How much did you make?"
She said, "Yes it was rough, but Its Ok. I know its something I have to do."
He said again,"How much did you make?"
She said. I just want to go home and take a bath and go to bed."
He said," OK that's great but how much did you make?"
She said, Oh you don't care about me. all you are interested in is the money."
He said," How Much did you make?"
She said,"$100.50."
He said That's not too bad for the first night. Who gave you the fifty cents?"
She said," All of them silly."
So then he found her a job at Sammy.
