I have good friends on both sides of this argument and both sides of it are getting old to me in a hurry. This same schit happened on tndeer and it's the reason I haven't been back in years. Moderators taking schit personally and banning folks for disagreeing with them. Asshats intentionally trying to get timeouts for something to brag to their buddies that they pissed a Mod off. Childish all the way around. All of us are wired differently and I get that. I can't understand why a grown man would try to get banned from a damn internet forum. I also don't understand what makes a Mod get off by banning folks. Not just here but any site. Which is more childish, a Mod over-moderatin' or somebody texting their friends and saying, "Watch this. I'm about to start some schit on aldeer"? Morris got a timeout for whatever reason that lasted 6 or 8 months or so. I wasn't friends with Morris when the ban occurred. In fact, I didn't like him because of some of his previous posts. I met him in June at the fishing tourney and we've talked on the phone or through texts several times since and now I consider him a friend and I assume he considers me one. Not one time in the last 6 months has he bitched or whined about his timeout and I'd bet a hunnerd he didn't ask the minions(that's hilarious) to do it for him. Same with Daniel. He's a friend of mine too. We've drank beer together and we will again. He's a grown-ass man and he don't need the minions defending his honor every time he makes a post that someone doesn't agree with. In my opinion, a friend doesn't blindly defend his friend if he is in the wrong. At times it would probably be better if you just sent your buddy a text and said, "don't do something to get banned over", like the one I sent Daniel last week. For what it's worth, I've called out mods too. Not on the forum, but in private. A whole bunch of y'all need to relax and not worry about what someone else thinks and if you wouldn't say the same thing to them in person then don't type it here. Or, if you would be hesitant to meet someone off here because of something you said to them in the past just because y'all disagreed on something, then maybe you are a prick that shouldn't be here anyway. If I banned everybody I disagreed with about SOMETHING then it would probably just be me, Dustin, and MANGLER here. I like a couple others but they are auburn fans. Everybody just lighten the hell up. Go kill a deer. Go sit in the woods and relax. Go have some sexual relations or something. Schit doesn't usually get this bad until the end of deer season or the end of Summer.

I know I rambled and it was poorly written but I've been up a couple days. Don't complain or I'll ban you.

you KNOW we are in the last days when Brent is the voice of reason. thing that would help the most around here is killing the attitude that trying to act like the biggest a-hole possible makes you a cool kid. it's ok to disagree respectfully and it's also ok to think something and not type it. the key operative term is respect. it's been lost.
