I think that it is pretty simple. Although the Republican party does not like Cruz they are in an "anybody but Trump mood". Cruz stands to get the nomination after the first ballot at the convention if Trump doesn't have a majority going in. I don't see how anyone else but those two has a realistic chance.

no matter what, as it stands we all lose no matter who wins the nomination or the presidency. The republican party is in deep trouble and our country slides back another notch.

No one heard it Bill, and wrose yet I dont think his supporters care. They are just ready to get tired of winning. Wake up people Donald is still trying to tell you exactly who and what he is all we have to do is look and listen.

I wish by statute there could be no primaries until July 1 of the election year. Let all the primaries take place in July and August, conventions in September..........So we wouldn't have to hear about all this crap until the beginning of the year of the presidential election. Instead of three dang years of all this never ending mess.

For the record, I'm so over all of this, my primary is over and I'm voting for whoever the Republican nominee is on the general ticket.

But I keep hearing this Trump only has 30% support from the republican voters. Well, if you are basing that on 70% of the primary voters voting for someone else than Trump, then wouldn't that same logic say that Cruz has even less than 30% support? Or you know for a fact that Cruz will get all of those voters back on his side but Trump will get zero of them back?

Just sit tight and the Glenn Beck crazies will be here soon enough to educate you on this issue.
