My stoeger 3500 is my go to until I get my hands on a 20ga SxS. It shoots great, it's just WAY overkill for a dove shoot.

Dove hunting makes you crazy, it was a dove hunt that caused the split in this place.

I "broke it in" with 2 boxes of 3.5" goose loads. Also do NOT use the recoil reducer if you're shooting light loads. Mine cycles Remington Heavy Dove like a champ. Federal blue box is hit or miss...I haven't tried any others in it.

Dove hunting makes you crazy, it was a dove hunt that caused the split in this place. Yeah what happened to the guy that promoted his annual dove hunt and invited everyone on AL deer. Guy just disappeared.
